AI Personality Settings
The Personality feature allows you to customize how your AI agent communicates with your visitors. Choose from 12 carefully crafted personality types to match your brand voice and communication style.Accessing Personality Settings
- Navigate to Settings in your dashboard
- Click on Personality in the sidebar
- Select a personality type for your agent
- The system prompt is automatically configured based on your selection
Personality settings are configured per agent, allowing you to have different communication styles for different use cases.
Available Personality Types

Best for: General-purpose conversations Keeps responses concise and direct. Answers questions clearly in 1-3 sentences when possible. Friendly but efficient, focusing on what users need to know most without excessive detail.🔥 Urgent & Action Oriented
Best for: Sales, limited-time offers, conversion-focused interactions Creates a sense of urgency and scarcity. Highlights time-sensitive offers, limited availability, and competitive advantages. Uses strong calls-to-action with phrases like “limited time,” “exclusive opportunity,” and “act now.”🔧 Problem Solver
Best for: Customer support, troubleshooting, technical assistance Leads with empathy for challenges and pain points. Asks probing questions to uncover specific problems and presents solutions as clear answers to their struggles. Shows understanding and expertise.💼 Consultant

Select a Personality Type
Click on any personality card to select it. The entire card is clickable for easy selection. -
System Prompt Auto-Population
When you select a personality (except Custom), the system prompt field is automatically populated with optimized instructions. -
Custom Personality
If you choose the Custom personality type, you can write your own system prompt instructions to create a unique AI personality that matches your specific needs. -
Save Changes
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom to apply your personality settings.

When you select a non-custom personality, it automatically sets the system prompt. For custom personalities, you define the system prompt yourself. The system prompt is what actually instructs the AI on how to behave.
